Machine Feature
- This machine is suitable for decorating round, oval, square and other shaped plastic jugs/bottles via screen printing (with various UV ink colors), hot stamping and labeling.
- Equipped with well-known brand electrical components, an easy-to-operate touch screen and a PLC control system, the machine delivers reliable performance.
- Featuring a highly customizable modular structure, the machine can be linearly connected to form a 1-8 color printing machine.
Optional Configuration
- Plasma surface treatment function: It cleans and activates the surface of workpieces (like plastic bottles), enhancing the adhesion of inks or labels for better printing/decoration results.
- Hot stamping function: This function uses heat and pressure to transfer metallic or colored foils onto workpiece surfaces, creating a glossy, high-end decorative effect.
- Labeling function: It accurately attaches labels to products (such as plastic jugs) of different shapes, ensuring neat positioning and firm bonding.
- LED-UV function: It uses LED-UV light to quickly cure UV inks on printed workpieces, shortening drying time and improving production efficiency while ensuring ink durability.
