Product Applications and Features:

What's the steps of screen printing?
1. Surface treatment, currently we use flame treating, but no need for PET material. This is not only increases the dyne level of adhesion of ink but also cleans the surface of dust and dirt, as well as eliminates static electricity that can cause spider webbint of the ink.
2. Screen Printing, is a highly specialized process used to print on flat and flexible plastic surfaces. This printing method is compatible with various types of plastic and produces bold, bright, firm and metallic colors that make your designs stand out.
3. UV curing or IR curing. It depends on what kind of ink you are using. Ultimately UV and Infrared Curing are two unique applications that are ideal at reducing curing times. They are both also highly energy efficient. Infrared ovens do not have special coating requirements as much as UV ovens do. However, infrared ovens may not cure as rapidly as UV.
